Subscriptions & Comments

If a visitor uploads an image to the website (if possible), they should avoid uploading any image with embedded location data (EXIF GPS).

If a visitor suggests a calendar entry or leave a comment, the suggestion or comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can follow-up with feedback (if necessary) or recognize and approve any comment(s). For visitors who register on our Website (if possible), we also store that information in their user profile. If a visitor registers (if possible), he or she can see, edit, or delete their profile information at any time (except they cannot change their username).
